Ingredients - The Taste of Quality !
  • 500 grams SVS murukku flour
  • 2 Teaspoons omam / carom seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • Salt
  • 500ml Groundnut oil
  • 2 Tablespoons gingelly seeds
Preparation Method - Serve with Love !
  • Take a broad bowl. Put in SVS murukku flour, salt, gingelly seeds, carom seeds/omam and butter..
  • Mix well. Heat a kadai with oil.
  • Make the batter into log and fill it in the murukku mold(press).
  • Press the murukku press onto the hot oil.
  • Fry till the murukkus gets light brown in colour.
  • Take the murukkus out and keep them to drain the oil.
  • Store in an airtight container and consume.
