- 1 Cups Millet Rice
- ½ cups Green Gram
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin, Pepper
- As required Curry Leaves
- 2 Teaspoon Ghee
- 10 Cashew Nuts
- As required Oil
Preparation Method - Serve with Love !
- Add Millet (Thinai) Rice, Green Gram and add Salt to taste in a bowl with 7 cups of water and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place a pan and add 2 teaspoons of ghee, 1 teaspoon of oil, Cumin, Pepper, Cashew Nuts, Curry Leaves until it gets golden color.
- Now add this to the already prepared millet rice and mix it. The pongal is ready for serve.
