- 1 Cups Kuthiraivali Rice
- 1 ½ cups Jaggery
- ¾ cup Ghee
- As required Dry Fruit
- As required Cashews
- As required Cardamom
Preparation Method - Serve with Love !
- Take 3 cups of water, add jaggery make it, and dissolve by keeping over the gas stove keep it aside.
- In a vessel add ghee and fry the cashews & raisin remove it and fry the Kuthirai Rice in the same pan.
- Then add the dissolved jaggery stir it till it get into a kesari form. Then add cashew, raisin and cardamom.
- The kesari is ready for serve.
